Its is a cloud based, end-to-end tech platform, especially designed for preschools and franchisers. It helps them expand – getting more admissions and more franchisees – and eases their day-to-day activities.

This app has been designed after comprehensive analysis of what problems preschools and parents face, and how they can be solved most efficiently using technology.

FranchiserAdmin features:

* Personal website with SEO – Have a personal state-of-the-art website for franchiser and preschool, with SEO done for each center. As a unique feature, you can update all the content yourself, directly from the mobile app.

* Corporate View – Full control to franchisers – create branches, assign admin permissions to center heads, create groups of principalscenter heads and communicate with them privately. Corporate has a comprehensive view of everything – exact number of studentsstaff in each branch, total amount of fee collecteddue in each branch, parent reviews etc.

* Curriculum management – Franchiserpreschool can create the whole year’s curriculum in a nice formatted way within the app.

* Fee management – Create fee invoices, with various options (discounts, late fee, etc.), and send instantly to parents.

* Parent review system – No need to wait for PTM to get parents’ feedback. Parents can give ratingreview about the preschool, visible only to admins.

* Template system – Avoid typing by teachers, making basic errors while communicating with parents. Admins create pre-filled templates for various activities (e.g. daily diary, food updates), which teachers just select when sending to parents.

* Enquiry management system – Fill all the new admission enquiries directly in a form in app. All entries are automatically organized, giving you various options – add notes, set reminders to follow up, categorize leads etc.

* Email Address and Phone Number: Used to uniquely identify the user of this application. This data is also used to send emails and SMS notifications for various operations related to the functioning of the application.

* Device ID and call information: Used for the session management once the user logs in to the application.

* Storage: Used to save images andor documents posted by different users to the internal storage if the user chooses to save them.

* PhotosMediaFiles: Used to present respective file picker if the user needs to share something from within the application. If you are admin, you may need these permissions to share content with the parents of the schoolclass children.
